Payment and Cancellation Policies

NO SHOWS will be penalized in full

The following penalties apply for cancellations:

GREEN SEASON

** 15 to 29 days before the client's arrival will be penalized with 50%

** 07 to 14 days before the client's arrival will be penalized with 75%

** 0 to 06 days before the client's arrival will be penalized with 100%

HIGH SEASON

** 30 to 59 days before the client's arrival will be penalized with 50%

** 0 to 29 days before the client's arrival will be penalized with 100%

In case of cancellation within the aforementioned periods, a credit note will be extended * when applicable, which will be effective in future reservations.

** In all cases, no refund applies for unused portions of vouchers, packages, or no shows.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

For reservation requests received 15 to 9 days before the client's arrival date, full prepayment of the reservation must be made within a maximum of 03 days after the request.

For reservations received 8 days or less before the client's arrival, prepayment must be made within the next 48 hours.

Cancellations are accepted without charge before payment is received.

Reservations whose prepayment has been applied and are canceled will be penalized at 100%
